TP1 launches new web portal for JPPS-Bialik schools
Latest news
MONTREAL, NOVEMBER 28, 2007 – TP1 is pleased to announce the launch of a new web portal for JPPS-Bialik schools. TP1 created an original graphic signature unifying the three schools forming JPPS-Bialik (Children’s Centre, Jewish People’s and Peretz Schools, and Bialik High School). The institution's rich history and traditions are conveyed through extensive use of photographic and video elements throughout the site. The schools' pluralistic vision and academic diversity are demonstrated by the use of four languages on the site: English, French, Hebrew and Yiddish.
The site employs Drupal content management technology, permitting the content to be maintained by JPPS-Bialik personnel. The site was developed with the intention of permitting the school's staff and students to not only access the site’s rich multimedia content, but also participate in its creation. The site’s many features include a calendar of events and a newsletter and will include blogs, podcasts and forums.
The site is available at www.jppsbialik.ca.
